Surface Diagnosis
We perform a comprehensive material assessment — identifying mineral composition, damage typology (etch, scratch, crack, stain), and finish requirements before a single machine touches your floor.
Includes: pH & moisture testing, lippage measurement, surface reflectivity (gloss) reading
Precision Grinding
Using diamond abrasive tooling on counter-rotating planetary machines, we systematically remove surface damage from coarser grits down to ultra-fine honing diamonds.
Tooling: 16-grit through 1500-grit diamond progression
Crack & Void Repair
Structural cracks are opened, cleaned, and injected with color-matched epoxy or stone-specific resins. Travertine voids are filled with matching compound and feathered seamlessly.
Materials: Lithofin, Akemi, Tenax stone-specific repair systems
Polishing & Crystallization
Depending on the desired finish — from satin hone to mirror gloss — we apply the appropriate polishing compounds, powder crystallization, or vitrification treatment.
Finish options: Matte (400 grit), Satin (800), Semi-Gloss (1500), Mirror (3000+)
Sealing & Protection
A penetrating impregnating sealer is applied at the molecular level, creating an invisible barrier against oil, water, and acid etching — without altering the natural surface appearance.

Final Inspection
We conduct a gloss-meter reading and photographic documentation of the finished surface. You receive a project report with before/after readings and sealer reapplication schedule.
